Lead times may vary depending on stock availability, production scheduling, and delivery location.
In-Stock Items
- Melbourne Metro: 1–2 business days
- Other Australian locations: 2–5 business days
- Remote areas (including Hobart & Cairns): 5–7 business days
Made-to-Order / Backordered Items
- Standard production & delivery: 8–12 weeks
- Airfreight option: 4–5 weeks (additional charges may apply)
International Shipping
All international orders are manufactured to meet local electrical standards.
- Air Freight: approx. 3–6 weeks (production + air transit)
- Sea Freight: approx. 8–12 weeks (production + sea transit)
