Shipping & Delivery
At Asteri Designs, each piece is either held in stock or custom made to order, allowing us to maintain a high standard of quality, finish, and attention to detail.
Timeframes will vary depending on availability, production scheduling, and your delivery location.
In-Stock Items
- Melbourne Metro: 1–3 business days
- Other Australian locations: 2–5 business days
- Regional & remote areas (including Hobart & Cairns): 5–7 business days
**Please note:
While items may be in stock, a short preparation period is required to organise, inspect, and package your order to our standard before dispatch.
Made-to-Order & Backorder Items
- Standard timeframe: 8–12 weeks (production and delivery)
- Express airfreight option: approximately 4–5 weeks (additional charges may apply)
International Orders
All international orders are produced in accordance with local electrical requirements.
- Air Freight: approximately 3–6 weeks (including production and transit)
- Sea Freight: approximately 8–12 weeks (including production and transit)
Shipping Costs
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.
Delays
While we aim to dispatch and deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including production schedules and third-party couriers.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
Showroom & Collection
Our showroom is located in Preston, Melbourne, and is available by appointment only.
For collection enquiries, please contact us prior to placing your order.
